Mediterranean Lamb Bowl with Herb Roasted Zucchini & Spiced Yogurt #FactorMealForToday


Tonight’s calorie-smart dish is packed with Mediterranean flavors. The main course starts with an ultra-savory combination of sautéed ground lamb and beef, seasoned with our house-made garam masala spice blend, featuring cumin, coriander, and cinnamon. It’s tossed with roasted red bell peppers, onions, and garlic, and then served over a tender bed of brown basmati rice studded with roasted red peppers, garlic, and cilantro. On the side, Italian-seasoned zucchini and a spiced yogurt sauce, perfect for drizzling over the main.

Ingredients: brown basmati rice, zucchini, ground beef, ground lamb, greek yogurt (non-homogenized pasteurized milk, milk protein concentrate, contains active cultures including l. acidophilus, bifidus), tomato paste, red bell peppers, onions, fire roasted red peppers (roasted peppers, water, sea salt, citric acid), garlic, sour cream (cultured cream), green onions, reduced brown stock base (veal bones, water), beef stock, mirepoix stock (made of carrot, celery and onion stocks), red wine, tomato paste, gelatin, salt, carrot stock, celery stock), olive oil, cilantro, ginger, sea salt, garam masala spice blend (cumin, coriander, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, fennel, turmeric), lemon juice, smoked paprika, paprika, smoked black pepper, italian seasoning (marjoram, thyme, rosemary, savory, sage, oregano, basil)
